The Mission
To reimagine the $100B+ Global Capability Center (GCC) market by enabling companies to plan, set
up, and scale GCCs through a Human + AI-powered platform that drives faster execution, smarter
decisions, and greater resilience.
Why This Role Exists
This is not a routine sales job. We’re hiring a Founding Strategic Account Executive who wants to
build from scratch, challenge the status quo, and co-create a new category alongside the CEO.
At Aokah, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market motion. There are no legacy systems or
bureaucratic hurdles. You’ll have the freedom to operate, the tools to excel, and the access to
influence.
You’ll work directly with the CEO, engage with our board, and leverage warm intros from trusted
partners. Your mandate? Bring in the first major deals, drive structured enterprise selling, and set the
gold standard for how we win in-market.
What You’ll Do
Hunt & Close: Own the full sales lifecycle—from initial contact to contract signature—targeting Global 2000 and mid-market clients.
C-Suite Engagement: Build relationships and influence with CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and heads
of Shared Services and GBS.
Strategic Selling: Guide complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (5–10+),
aligning on operational risk, vendor complexity, and global execution needs.
Solution Positioning: Tailor Aokah’s Human + AI platform to address specific enterprise
needs across site selection, talent access, and delivery setup.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with the Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to
build demos and proposals grounded in customer reality.
Shape GTM Feedback Loop: Feed field intelligence back into pricing strategy, product
features, and messaging.
Partner Co-Selling: Work alongside strategic partners like Mphasis to initiate and accelerate
deal momentum.
Own the Process: Keep every opportunity organized and transparent—nothing falls through
the cracks.
Who You Are
An Enterprise Athlete: 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales (SaaS, consulting, or platforms),
with a proven track record of closing $250K–$1M+ deals.
A C-Suite Seller: Fluent in executive conversations. Trusted by CIOs, COOs, and CPOs to
deliver value.
Anti-Bureaucracy: You’re energized by autonomy, not playbooks. You’d rather execute than
over-process.
Builder Mentality: You embrace the chaos of startups, love iterating, and know how to turn
ambiguity into clarity.
Tech-Forward: You leverage AI and automation to minimize grunt work and focus on what

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
New Revenue: Close $500K–$750K in net new business from Global 2000 and mid-market
clients.
Pipeline Strength: Build and sustain a $3M+ qualified pipeline with defined next steps and
deal momentum.
Sales Hygiene: Maintain structured, transparent documentation of conversations, next
actions, and forecasting.
Enterprise Trust: Establish yourself as a credible, consultative voice with both clients and
internal stakeholders.
Field Intelligence: Translate buyer feedback into actionable inputs that shape Aokah’s product
and GTM roadmap.

Role & responsibilities
Engage with UK-based clients across sectors such as enterprise services, SaaS platforms, digital commerce, and technology-driven businesses to elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for IT systems, digital platforms, and integration initiatives.
Analyse existing client business processes, user journeys, and system landscapes, and map these
against Aokah’s service offerings, technology frameworks, and delivery capabilities to identify gaps, dependencies, and optimisation opportunities.
Produce high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents for delivery teams, covering: Application and system integrations (APIs, data exchange, workflows), Cloud and enterprise platform configurations, Reporting,
analytics, and operational dashboards, Security, compliance, and data governance considerations.
Work closely with solution architects, engineering teams, and delivery managers to translate business
needs into feasible, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
Support backlog management and prioritisation, ensuring UK-specific client requirements, contractual
obligations, and regulatory considerations are accurately scoped, estimated, and delivered within agreed timelines.
Define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and success metrics, and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) with UK clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain solution design documents, implementation guides, and client-facing documentation, ensuring clarity, traceability, and consistency across UK projects.
Act as a key interface between commercial, technical, and client stakeholders, supporting pre-sales and
solutioning discussions by translating client requirements into clearly articulated solution options, assumptions, and delivery approaches.
Contribute to continuous improvement of Aokah’s delivery methodologies, templates, and analytical
frameworks, strengthening consistency and scalability of UK service delivery.
Gross Salary
£ 56,000 p.a.
